1. General
Following general business conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other achievements. We contradict deviating directions of the contractual partner with this specifically. Previously detailed orders are worked after the then yet valid old general business conditions.
2. Offers
Our offers are non-binding. Little deviations and technical changes vis-à-vis our images or descriptions are possible. The respective catalogue loses its validity with appearance of a reprint
3. Delivery and payment
The delivery conditions and payment conditions of "Infernal Clothing" more closely are expelled in the Bestellformular. There is no Mindestbestellmenge. All our prices contain the legal value-added tax in height of presently 16%. It remains reserve us to undertake a part delivery as far as this advantageously appears for a speedy settlement. Special shipment form desired by our customers are calculated with customary extra charge.
4. Delivery times

5. Return right

6. Danger transition
The danger passes over with Absendung of the ware through "Infernal Clothing" on the buyer.
7. Guarantee
"Infernal Clothing" guarantees that the sold ware to the moment of the danger transition is freely of material mistakes and fabrication mistakes and has the contractually guaranteed characteristics. 8. Property reservation
To the complete payment remains the ware property of the firm "Infernal Clothing".
9. Data storage
In accordance with 9th data storage 28 of the alliance data protection law (BDSG) we make on that attentively that the data necessary in the frame the business settlement are processed and stored by means of an EDP-unit in accordance with 33 (BDSG). Personal data obviously confidentially are treated.
10. Jurisdiction fulfilment
Place of fulfilment and place of jurisdiction for both parts is the seat of "Infernal Clothing". It counts excluding the right of the Federal Republic of Germany.
